A huge trend this Spring is some form of denim cut-offs. Do any of you remember back in the day buying a pair of jeans, getting the seam ripper out and taking out the hem to get that ombre fringe look at the bottom? Well, now you buy them like that!! One thing I am loving right now is the more relaxed fit jeans. With the cut-off trend, and not really wanting to spend major dough on this fad, I decided to just grab an old pair of jeans in my closet and do it myself.
These are Abercrombie & Fitch circa 2003 that for some odd reason I never let go (I honestly don’t know how they hid in my closet for that long). These are fitted at the waist and relaxed throughout the leg. I grabbed a pair of scissors and cut them off about ankle length, washed them twice and then worked the fray on the ends. WAH LAH!
I am also in LOVE with this 3×1 pair but can’t bring myself to pay that much. If you don’t have the time or money to snag this trend, this pair from Zara is a great alternative.
