The reason I make a Bullet Proof Coffee every morning is for my clarity and post-lunch slump. On days that I don’t drink a BPC it takes longer to get into my work tasks and I can get sluggish after lunch which kills my productivity.

TIPS for making Bullet Proof Coffee
- Always use a lab-tested and mold free coffee
- Always use Grass Fed Butter or Ghee
- Start slowly with Brain Octane Oil (it can give you disaster pants)
- You can always add a little Stevia for sweetener if that fits your taste
- You get more benefits if done on an empty stomach
- Brain Octane Oil
- Blender or Magic Bullet
- Optional: Collagen + Stevia
- Brew your coffee and pour into blender
- Add your Butter + Oil + Stevia (if desired)
- Once Blended (it doesn’t take much) pour into mug CAREFUL, it’s HOT!
- Stir in Collagen if desired
